Major benefits:
Low operation and maintenance cost thanks to 64 laserdiodes system using special software; meaning, that if one diode goes down, your Lüscher platesetter goes on imaging whilst reduced speed. Most other systems of this generation have to suffer from a downtime. And if an expensive laserhead - instead of just one cheap diode - must be replaced, you take big risks. That is why - differing from Lüscher AG - most major manufacturers use to sell their maintenance contracts generating their profit but not your one's.
